Fenja Klaus

Picture of Fenja Klaus Attorney at Law Ms. Klaus specializes in civil and employment litigation, having represented numerous public and private employees, and employee unions in a broad range of complex litigations in state and federal courts. Ms. Klaus' cases have included complicated civil rights and labor related matters for individual clients and law enforcement unions, including wage and hour class actions. Ms. Klaus is an experienced and certified researcher who has utilized her skills not only to assess the strength of cases and witnesses, but also to assist in the publication of a Law Review Article.

Ms. Klaus was a Summer Associate at Orange County-based Rutan & Tucker where she gained diverse legal experience in all major litigation practice areas, including Labor and Employment. Ms. Klaus also served as a certified law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office where she successfully prosecuted over 40 felony preliminary hearings.

While attending Loyola Law School, Ms. Klaus was a member of the National Byrne Trial Advocacy Team and participated in the Moot Court Competition. She also volunteered her time at The Center for Conflict Resolution where she served as a Conciliator for a wide variety of disputing parties.
